Very bad and felt not respected at all. I understand the standard check in is at 3pm but due to early flight arrival, I reached the hotel at 8pm but was told the room was not ready which was fine it everyone was treated the same way. I spent my last 24 hrs traveling as was very tired , what I wanted is just a room to get some rest. After waiting for 5 hrs, there arrive a group of tourist but the hotel was able to give them there room imm. , I really don't understand why can't the hotel spare me one room when there are more than 20 rooms ready to be given out. You need to be more flexible with your check in procedures.....

Everything exept the beds were perfekt. The bed is far to smal for two grownups.

Очень понравилось! есть 3 пожелания (написал в отзыве на Букинге):1) подсветка в бассейне - мне больше нравится просто белая; 2) жалко, что окна в бассейне закрыты на 2/3 туями; 3) сауна - холодная.

Почему за сутки проживания списали дважды 25.04.2018 173.22$ и при заселении в отель 01.05.2018 176.23$?

4 of 5 in this rating. Bar-chairs very uncomfortable (at the high tables).

When i booked the room, i have state my full name and you are emailing me " dear sir or madame".... Breakfast way to expensive....no one with clear head will pay 50 zl per person for breakfast. If i have a familly of 5 i can easily book another room for the price of your breakfest.. Otherwise i enjoyed the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks.
